Responsibilities

• Together with our experienced colleagues, you will accompany the entire recruiting process, gaining in-depth insight into the diverse tasks of a recruitment consultancy.
• You will build your own client base, negotiate contracts, and maintain customer relationships.
• You will acquire open positions and qualified specialists and executives.
• You will match candidate profiles with customer requirements and accompany the further decision-making process.
• You will conduct interviews with candidates and present them to suitable employers.

Profile

• Your heart beats for working with people. With passion and expertise, you will find the perfect match between candidate and client.
• You have convincing communication skills and excellent German language skills.
• You have a confident and professional demeanor, as well as an independent and reliable way of working.
• You have initial experience in recruiting / sales, which would be desirable but is not a must.
• You are an open, positive person with a sense of humor and a desire for a dynamic and appreciative work environment, then you are exactly right for us.
