About this job
We are currently looking for a Manager Investor Relations for our client in the Münster area, starting as soon as possible.
The international company operates in the retail sector.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the entire Investor Relations strategy
- Support of bond investors and other capital market participants
- Management of capital market projects and refinancing activities
- Establishment, maintenance, and strategic development of relationships with all financial partners (banks, investors, rating agencies)
- Monitoring of loan agreements
- Coordination of liquidity planning
- Hedging strategies
- Currency and interest rate management
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Treasury, ideally in an international environment
- Initial leadership experience
- Sound expertise in financing, liquidity management, and interest rate and currency hedging
- Very good German and English skills
