Join our Project Management department in Munich (Germany) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Support in documenting, evaluating, and improving project management methods and processes in the context of development projects.
  • Assistance in creating reports for management.
  • Support in project reporting, preparation and follow-up, as well as in appointments and workshops.
  • Maintenance and further development of collaboration platforms in R&D.
  • Adaptation and optimization of document templates.
  • Integration of PMO processes into the process landscape of the guidelines portal.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methods and processes, as well as data analysis for report creation, is desirable.
  • Experience and basic knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Analysis, as well as experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools), is desirable.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
