Your tasks

  • Support in the creation of large-signal models and PDK elements for MMICs

  • Programming and implementation of model parameter identification routines

  • Assistance in the development and execution of AI-driven test setups for the characterization of microwave modules

  • Support in the analysis, evaluation, and documentation of measurement results

  • General support of ongoing research and development activities in the RF and microwave domain

Your qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field

  • Solid understanding of nonlinear system modeling and its application in RF and microwave engineering

  • Knowledge of large-signal behavior of typical microwave semiconductor devices, including amplifiers, switches, and mixers

  • Strong programming skills, with the ability to develop efficient and scalable solutions

  • Experience with analog circuit design and simulation tools such as AWR Microwave Office (MWO), or Keysight ADS is an advantage

  • Familiarity with small- and large-signal characterization techniques for microwave devices

  • Experience in the automation of test setups, including measurement control and data acquisition

  • Git experience is an advantage
