Tasks

Your mission: You'll bring marketing back into our office and ensure we become number 1 in the minds of our target audience:

• Our presence has so far been managed by external agencies. You'll ensure we keep all strings in our own hands.
• You'll ensure our firm is unmissable on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn -- including editorial planning, content creation, and advertising.
• You'll make visiting our website an unforgettable experience for clients and applicants.
• You'll manage our YouTube channel, edit videos, and publish them online.
• You'll find the hottest ideas from AI tools to current trends and use them to make our presence distinctive.

Qualification

Your qualifications as a troublemaker:

• Your soul burns for online marketing! Online marketing runs through your veins. You've found your life's purpose -- in online marketing, of course.
• Social media platforms like Meta and LinkedIn are part of your daily life. Even half-asleep, you can manage ad systems or find the right insights.
• Your ideas for image and video editing bring tears to the eyes of lumberjacks, make young mothers jump up and cheer, and cause circus clowns to pause and become thoughtful.
• Your pioneering spirit goes wild with joy when you can help shape structures yourself and develop processes and ideas.
• Systems like Webflow or similar are just tools for you to launch your creative ideas into the world.
• No experience in the tax industry yet? No problem. We don't need you for our accounting -- what counts is your marketing know-how and the will to build something.
