At the core of our product suite is the Roq.ad Cross-Device Identity Graph, which uses probabilistic modeling to identify connections between devices belonging to the same user. With our recent acquisition of Zeotap Data, we also offer audience segmentation and activation capabilities across multiple platforms (Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Meta, TikTok, etc.). International brands such as Microsoft, PayPal, Samsung, and Nielsen trust our technology, and we work closely with leading AdTech and MarTech partners across the global industry.
THE ROLE
One team. Full portfolio.
Following our recent restructure, every ROQAD seller now has access to the complete combined suite: identity infrastructure, data onboarding and Zeotap Data audience segments. As a Sales Manager, you will build your own patch across agencies, brand direct accounts, retail media networks, and AdTech platform partners --- supported by an experienced team of 10 sellers across EU5. This is a role for someone early in their AdTech career who is eager to learn, build commercial confidence and grow into owning a revenue target with the support of an experienced team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities through to negotiation and close across all three customer pillars.
- Build and develop a pipeline through direct outreach, industry events, partnerships, and agency relationships.
- Support and gradually take ownership of the full sales cycle, including:
- Prospecting agencies and brands via LinkedIn, email and events
- Running discovery calls and product demos
- Preparing commercial proposals
- Working with Product and Customer Success to win new business
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and sales reporting using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent ROQAD at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to generate leads and strengthen market visibility.
- Share market and client insights internally to inform product development, competitive positioning, and commercial strategy.
- Build relationships with brands, agencies, platforms, and data partners across AdTech and MarTech.
- Consistently meet quarterly and annual revenue targets while contributing to overall pipeline health.
WHO YOU WILL SELL TO
Three ICPs. Real budget authority.
- AGENCIES: Major agency groups and trading desks. Agency groups managing programmatic spend across large client portfolios. High-leverage conversations with the people who set data strategy for multiple brands at once.
- BRANDS & RMNS: Global brand advertisers and retail media networks. Brands with large media budgets needing post-cookie audience reach at scale. Retailers building media businesses need identity infrastructure to connect first-party shopper data to digital ad environments.
- ADTECH: DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and UID vendors. Platforms and publishers that need accurate identity data to power their own products and monetisation strategies. Typically long-term, technically complex partnerships.
YOUR SKILLS
What we are looking for:
- 1--3 years in AdTech/Martech / Agency sales: Some exposure to AdTech, MarTech, digital media or agency environments. You don't need a decade of experience --- we care more about curiosity, drive and a genuine interest in the space than years on a CV.
- Digital advertising knowledge: A working knowledge of the digital advertising landscape --- programmatic, audience targeting, identity or data-driven marketing. You don't need to be an expert yet, but you need to be genuinely curious about this world.
- First experience building pipeline or generating new business opportunities: Some evidence that you can sell --- hitting targets, closing deals, building pipelines.
- Coachable and eager to develop: Strong communicator. Clear, confident communicator and presentation skills. You're able to engage decision-makers at brand, agency and platform level.
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM systems: Experience using HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Self-directed: Highly organised and motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- EU5 market familiarity: Comfortable operating in the German market and wider DACH region. German language skills (B2 or above) are strongly preferred.
