Responsibilities

• Support and further development of an existing customer base
• Acquisition of new customers and creation of quotations and maintenance contracts
• Responsibility for the cost center, including performance accounting and invoice control
• Instruction, leadership, and performance evaluation of subordinate technicians
• Planning and execution of small to medium-sized new construction and modernization projects
• Organization and supervision of apprentice training in the specialized field

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a refrigeration technician or mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology (m/f/d)
• Further training as a master refrigeration technician (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in refrigeration or air conditioning technology, ideally also with CO? systems
• Experience in customer support and project management
• Knowledge of chilled water and air conditioning systems as well as electronic control and regulation technology
• Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent, and teamwork skills
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
