Job Requirements

Your Tasks:

  • Support for field sales
  • Creation of offers
  • Coordination of product, sample & development projects internally and with external partners
  • Processing of customer inquiries
  • Evaluation of sales / price & revenue developments
  • Appointment organization and preparation of meeting documents
  • Master data, quality & compliance management
  • Communication with customers, international sales offices and internally

Your Competencies:

  • Education / Studies: Commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial) or business administration degree; alternatively, comparable qualification with relevant practical experience.
  • Professional Experience: Approx. 3 years in sales (inside sales / customer service in a B2B environment) or project management.
  • Foreign Languages: Very good German and English skills; other languages are an advantage.
  • IT Skills: Confident use of Microsoft Office 365, experience with PowerBI and an ERP system (SAP) are an advantage.
