Your Tasks: The Interface to Success

• Requirement Engineering: You analyze our customers' requirements for modern Yard Management solutions and translate them into precise technical specifications.
• Customer Consulting (Remote-First): You moderate requirements workshops and coordination meetings primarily via Microsoft Teams. Your demeanor is professional, reliable, and solution-oriented.
• Bridge to Development: You coordinate the implementation with our international, English-speaking development team. You ensure that "business wishes" are translated into "code reality."
• Quality Assurance: You accompany the development process, accept interim results, and ensure that the delivered software precisely meets the agreed-upon requirements.
• Process Optimization: You identify potential for standardization of our systems to make rollouts more efficient.

Your Profile

• Background: Degree in (Business) Informatics, training as a specialist in IT with project management experience, or a comparable qualification in the IT field.
• Communication Skills: You can explain complex issues understandably – both to the customer's logistics manager and the backend developer.
• Language Skills: You master German at a native level for customer support and communicate fluently in English to precisely guide our developers.
• Technical Understanding: "Yard Management," "API," and "User Story" are not foreign words to you. You understand how modern software architectures work.
• Confidence: You are proficient in using modern collaboration tools (Teams, Jira, Confluence) and maintain an overview even during intensive project phases.
