Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) up to €60,000 per year

Who We Are Looking For

Your Responsibilities

• Independent and timely creation of monthly payroll accounting in SAP HCM
• Ensuring the correct calculation of salaries, bonuses, allowances, and deductions
• Application of current legal regulations (income tax, social security, social security notifications)
• Advising employees and managers on salary and payroll issues
• Contact person (m/f/d) for authorities, health insurance companies, and tax offices
• Optimization of payroll runs
• Support and maintenance, as well as optimization of SAP time management
• Optimization and expansion of internal HR Shared Services
• Participation in the introduction and optimization of digital HR tools and processes
• Notification and reporting system
• Creation of HR reports and statistics
• Support with general tasks in human resources

What You Bring

• Successfully completed commercial (m/f/d) training
• Job-specific further training and/or successfully completed business administration degree with a focus on HR
• Very good SAP HCM knowledge required
• SAP SuccessFactors knowledge desirable
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the advertised area
