Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Tax Specialist (m/f/d) for our client in the logistics industry in Duisburg, starting immediately, through direct recruitment.

Your Responsibilities

• As a competent point of contact, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing tax matters for our operational companies.
• You will be responsible for the timely submission of all VAT-related reports and declarations.
• As part of the annual financial statements, you will review and calculate tax provisions and deferred taxes.
• You will also evaluate tax assessments and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
• Last but not least, you will handle inquiries on various tax issues and act as the interface between tax and financial administrations during tax audits.
• Transfer pricing documentation

What You Bring

• You have successfully completed your training as a Tax Assistant (m/f/d) or further training as a Tax Specialist (m/f/d).
• Furthermore, you have professional experience in the tax department of a company or a tax consulting firm.
• Initiative and a sense of responsibility, quick comprehension, and a meticulous way of working are among your strengths.
• Ideally, you have initial knowledge in the area of international transfer pricing documentation and SAP, and experience with DATEV.
• You enjoy exploring new tax areas.
