Your Responsibilities

• Abrechnungsmanagement: You analyze, check, and book complex settlements and claims notifications from international reinsurance customers.
• Zahlungsabwicklung: You initiate payments and request outstanding receivables.
• Schnittstellenfunktion und Kommunikation: You clarify open questions in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and our international business partners.
• Projektarbeit: You actively participate in diverse and demanding projects, where your assertiveness, drive, and ideas come into play. Numerous special tasks are both a challenge and a welcome opportunity for you to develop further.
• Prozessoptimierung: Together with our team, you continuously analyze and improve internal processes and deal with AI, automation, and digitalization initiatives.

Your Profile

• Qualification: Completed business administration studies or a comparable commercial apprenticeship.
• Work Experience: Ideally, you have experience in settlement processing - knowledge of reinsurance is not a must, you will receive comprehensive training.
• Interconnected Thinking and Solution Orientation: You see complex tasks as exciting challenges that you master skillfully. A solution-oriented mindset as well as an analytical, independent, and structured approach will help you here.
• IT Skills: Confident use of MS Office.
• Language Skills: Confident English in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage.
