Responsibilities

• Holistic conception and further development of digital sales channel platforms
• Project management and steering of customer-centric sales support projects, from strategy and concept planning to operational implementation
• Identification of customer requirements and their targeted translation into concrete projects with creative approaches
• Linking and implementation of marketing innovations with strategic developments at R+V
• Proactive consulting of stakeholders and management levels

Profile / Requirements

• Studies in Business Administration or Business Informatics with a focus on Marketing, Communication, or a comparable qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with expertise in customer loyalty/referral programs
• Leadership skills: technical leadership, coaching of cross-functional teams, effective stakeholder management
• Strong strategic thinking: developing forward-looking concepts, clear prioritization, and increasing measurable business success/KPIs
• Multi-project management: confidently managing timing, budget, interfaces, and KPI monitoring
