We help B2B companies identify the right target accounts, enrich and prioritize data, design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns, manage LinkedIn and email outreach, qualify responses, and turn opportunities into pipeline.

We are now looking for another GTM Engineer / Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team.

This role combines customer success, GTM consulting, technical execution, campaign management, and hands-on automation.

Role Mission

As a GTM Engineer in our Customer Success team, you become one of the first contact persons for our customers.

You will onboard new customers to our platform, understand their goals, design their GTM setup, build outbound campaigns, manage execution, and make sure customers get real business outcomes.

This is a consulting-heavy role with strong technical depth. You need to understand customers, translate their business goals into GTM systems, and operate the workflows that create pipeline.

You are responsible for the customer first-hand.

Responsibilities

Customer Success & Consulting

You will:

  • Onboard new customers to our platform and processes
  • Act as the first contact person for your customers
  • Understand customer goals, ICPs, markets, offers, and sales processes
  • Consult customers on GTM strategy, outbound structure, targeting, and campaign logic
  • Manage enterprise customers professionally and reliably
  • Keep the customer at the center of everything you do
  • Handle complex cases with ownership, structure, and calm execution

GTM Engineering & Automation

You will build and manage GTM workflows using tools such as:

  • Clay
  • n8n
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Email outreach platforms
  • CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • AI tools
  • Data enrichment tools
  • No-code and low-code automation systems

You should be technically strong enough to build, improve, and troubleshoot GTM workflows yourself.

Experience with vibe coding, AI-supported prototyping, or building lightweight internal tools is a strong plus.

Campaign Design & Execution

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing multi-channel outreach campaigns across:

  • Email
  • LinkedIn
  • CRM workflows
  • Data enrichment
  • Lead scoring
  • Pipeline handover
  • Reporting

This includes:

  • Building target account lists
  • Structuring buyer personas
  • Creating campaign logic
  • Managing outreach execution
  • Monitoring performance
  • Improving campaigns based on data
  • Making sure qualified opportunities are handed over cleanly

Platform & Product Collaboration

You will work closely with:

  • Product
  • Sales
  • Customer Success
  • Operations

Because you work directly with customers, you will also help us improve our SaaS platform further by bringing in customer feedback, process gaps, automation ideas, and product improvement suggestions.

What We Are Looking For

You are a strong fit if you:

  • Have experience in Customer Success Management
  • Have worked with enterprise customers, ideally from known brands
  • Understand B2B sales, outbound, and pipeline generation
  • Have technical expertise in GTM tools such as Clay and n8n
  • Can design, execute, and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns
  • Are confident working with LinkedIn and email outreach
  • Can consult customers and challenge them constructively
  • Are highly structured, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Put the customer first
  • Are comfortable taking full responsibility for customer outcomes
  • Speak German at native level
  • Have strong English proficiency
  • Can work fully remotely while committing to German timezone hours

Nice to Have

  • You are based in or around Munich
  • You bring your own GTM stack, workflows, templates, or tool preferences
  • Experience with vibe coding
  • Experience with AI agents or AI-supported sales workflows
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise sales, RevOps, Growth Ops, or Sales Ops
  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or workflow automation

Success in This Role Looks Like

After 3 months, you should be able to:

  • Independently onboard new customers
  • Understand their GTM setup and translate it into campaigns
  • Build and manage LinkedIn and email outreach workflows
  • Operate customer campaigns reliably
  • Communicate clearly with enterprise customers
  • Identify problems early and solve them proactively

After 6 months, you should be able to:

  • Own several customers end-to-end
  • Improve customer results through better targeting, messaging, data, and workflows
  • Build more advanced GTM automations
  • Contribute ideas to improve our SaaS platform
  • Handle complex customer situations independently
  • Become a trusted advisor for your customers
