Aufgaben
- Build and maintain internal web applications from concept to release
- Develop LLM-powered features such as chat, assistants, automations, and knowledge search
- Create and integrate MCP servers and related tools to connect models with internal systems
- Integrate applications with external AI platforms and internal data sources
- Design and implement APIs, services, and data pipelines to support AI functionality
- Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, observable, and maintainable
- Collaborate with business partners to turn unclear needs into production-ready software
Qualifikation
- Strong full-stack development experience across frontend and backend
- Hands-on experience building applications that integrate LLMs and retrieval-based systems
- Solid understanding of LLMs and RAG, including interest in model behavior, prompting, context management, and technical trade-offs
- Knowledge of MCP servers and common tool integration patterns
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions with limited guidance
- Experience using AI-powered coding tools in day-to-day work
- Experience with evaluation and quality practices for AI features
- Knowledge of security, privacy, and security aspects of AI systems
- Experience building internal platforms or productivity tools
