About the Role:

We are Same, a Berlin-based HR-Tech startup building the next generation of employee connection tools for Slack. We are establishing a Customer Advisory Board of 10 forward-thinking People Leaders to help shape our product roadmap.

What you will do:

  • Pilot: Implement our "Culture Connector" AI in your organization's Slack (free access provided).
  • Advise: Participate in 1 monthly async feedback session to critique our features.
  • Influence: Help define the standard for "Interest-Based Networking" in remote teams.
