Our team is small, senior, and product focused. You'll have real ownership, real influence on technical decisions, and a direct line to what gets built.

The role

We're looking for an AI Engineer who enjoys building end to end systems. You'll work on model development, data pipelines, and production deployment. This is not a research only role. You'll be turning ideas into working features used by real users.

You'll collaborate closely with product and engineering, helping shape both the architecture and the roadmap.

What you'll do

• Design, train, and fine tune machine learning models
• Work with large datasets and build reliable data pipelines
• Deploy models into production and monitor performance
• Improve model accuracy, scalability, and inference speed
• Collaborate on system design across backend and ML infrastructure
• Take ownership of features from idea to production

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in Python
• Hands on experience with machine learning or deep learning models
• Experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar
• Solid understanding of data processing and model evaluation
• Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment
• Product mindset, you care about impact, not just models

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, or generative AI
• Experience deploying models to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with MLOps tools and monitoring
• Previous startup experience
