We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and systems. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, building predictive models, and contributing to innovative AI-driven solutions in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
- Process, cleanse, and transform large datasets for machine learning applications.
- Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers on ML projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring performance and accuracy.
- Document ML models, experiments, and processes.
Requirements
- Junior--Mid-Level Engineer (0--4+ years of relevant experience).
- Experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML (e.g., Python).
- Experience with ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with data processing and analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time.
