Telephone Customer Service Representative / Career Changer for On-Call Medical Service (m/f/x) -- up to 60% home office in full-time, part-time, mini-job, or as a working student

- The first contact makes the difference: As the first point of contact, you will receive incoming calls for the on-call medical service and/or specialist referral. Here you show your empathy and communication talent.
- Finding the right path together: Support us in generating the right level of care for our patients.
- Organizing urgent appointments: Whether it's appointment scheduling for specialists or our telephone patient contact, you'll provide active support!
- Precise documentation: Be the first point of contact for our patients and document all important information for subsequent care.
What you bring:
- Openness to new things: Training in a commercial or medical profession is an advantage, but not a requirement -- career changers are very welcome!
- Enjoy interacting with people: You are communicative, resilient, and enjoy helping others over the phone.
- A helpful personality: You are empathetic, friendly, and interested in health topics.
- Technical skills: You are comfortable using IT-supported programs and MS Office.
- Flexibility and commitment: You are willing to work between Monday and Sunday from 7 am to 11 pm.
