Business Process Expert Instrument Service (x|w|m) - Hybrid

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Business Process Expert Instrument Service (x|w|m) for our Sartorius Lab Instruments business unit in Göttingen to further develop our global service business processes. This includes the development of new services, order processing, technical service, scheduling, and invoicing. In this role, you will actively participate in projects for the optimization, harmonization, and implementation of processes and systems in a global environment, utilizing methods like Six Sigma, CIP, and LEAN. This is a full-time position with the possibility of some home office days.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end service processes for international rollouts, improvement initiatives, and company integrations.
• Support interdisciplinary and global projects as well as system rollouts.
• Gather process and system requirements from the operational service department and ensure sustainable process documentation.
• Proactively advise and train local service units on global processes and applications.
• Conduct training sessions and optimize existing training materials.
• Organize and conduct system tests (e.g., SAP, service management software) for changes and updates.
• Coordinate projects and initiatives related to processes, organization, and digitalization.

Your Qualifications

• University degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or a completed, relevant vocational training with initial professional experience.
• Initial experience in applying project management methods and tools for process analysis and improvement, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and agile project management.
• Experience in technically oriented service, ideally within the Sartorius service environment.
• Relevant knowledge of service management software and good SAP ERP knowledge (e.g., CS, SD, MM) and CRM knowledge are advantageous.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus.
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%).
