Responsibilities

• Establishment of a personnel development department within the SCHIESSER HR organization
• Identification of further training needs through analysis of employee surveys and dialogues
• Creation of career and development plans
• Establishment of succession planning within the SCHIESSER organization
• Development of an internal further training program, integrating existing personnel development and learning tools in close cooperation with our parent company Delta
• Development of an internal junior leadership and mentoring program
• Development of an external trainer and coaching network
• Organization, execution, monitoring, and reporting of training measures, both internal and external
• Budget control and cost responsibility, including invoice verification
• Assumption of training responsibility for all apprentices

Profile

• Studies in psychology, education, or comparable training with a focus on learning and personnel development
• Training suitability qualification and leadership skills
• Several years of professional experience in personnel development
• Ideally, coaching and/or trainer qualification
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Fluent German and English language skills
