Ihre Aufgaben
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of a 6-person team based in Prague
- End-to-end responsibility for Accounts Receivable processes for the Schleich Group in close collaboration with the team
- Responsibility for trade credit insurance and overall credit management
- Ownership of the dunning process
- Ensuring proper accounting and compliance with VAT regulation
- Maintenance of Accounts Receivable accounts, especially regarding clarification and dispute management
- Reporting and ad-hoc analyses within Accounts Receivable
- Continuous optimization and further development of processes
Ihr Profil
- Completed university degree or commercial training (e.g. in an office or administrative environment) with additional qualification as a certified accountant / balance sheet accountant or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards under HGB and IFRS
- Very good knowledge of a modern ERP or Finance system used in Accounts Receivable
- Fluent English is required; German is a plus. Additional languages such as Czech or French are desirable
- Analytical, structured and independent working style
- Strong team player with excellent communication and implementation skills
- High affinity for numbers and IT systems
