Your Role
On behalf of our client, an extremely successful and expanding company, we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) for the Managed Services area in full-time direct employment in the greater Friedrichshafen area. Ref. 44714
Responsibilities
- Independent support of existing key accounts in the Managed Services area of cloud and data center solutions
- Development of smart, innovative, and individual solutions for long-term customer loyalty and customer satisfaction
- Continuous market observation, competitor and trend analysis to permanently develop the existing product portfolio
- Proactive support of the entire sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation to successful closing
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as product management, internal sales, or the pre-sales team
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Sound professional experience as a Senior Account Manager (m/f/d), Project Manager (m/f/d) Data Center Cloud, Key Account Manager (m/f/d) Digital Technologies, or in B2B sales
- Distinct understanding of the market and customer needs in the areas of telecommunications, data center solutions, or cloud technologies
- Professional and reliable demeanor, strong communication skills, and confident presentation skills for complex solutions
- Analytical and IT-savvy mindset, as well as good business administration knowledge, complete your profile
