Position

On behalf of our client, an innovative company in the software industry, we are looking for a strategic Campaign Marketing Manager (m/f/d) / Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in the Friedrichshafen area. The position is full-time and directly employed. Depending on individual experience and qualifications, the position offers a salary range of €50,000 - €68,000 per year for full-time employment. Responsibilities

• Development of an overarching campaign strategy and definition of goals, target groups, industry focus, and core messages for the entire company
• Translation of corporate, sales, and product goals into concrete campaigns and ensuring cross-channel implementation
• Coordination of optimal collaboration between all marketing channels to ensure a consistent external image
• Management of external agencies and freelancers, defining the division of tasks between internal and external resources, and prioritizing projects
• Coordination and communication between departments to ensure a consistent brand presence
• Responsibility for planning and implementing target group-specific marketing measures in close coordination with internal marketing teams and specialist departments
• Analysis of measures and derivation of optimizations in collaboration with relevant teams

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies or completed training in marketing, communication, or content management
• Professional experience in strategic campaign management and content creation
• Experience in campaign management and a keen sense for which message reaches the desired target group across channels
• Experience in developing campaign strategies and in cross-channel marketing
• Knowledge in SEO, SEA, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
