Your Responsibilities

• Optimization and control of programming and testing-related NPI processes in the plant
• Creation and prioritization of the product backlog for firmware releases and NPI projects in close coordination with the development team
• Ensuring the timely implementation of firmware releases and smooth product launches (NPI)
• Continuous analysis of market requirements and customer feedback to derive product improvements
• Efficient coordination and communication between development, production, IT security, and other departments
• Identification and management of risks, as well as application of appropriate measures
• Creation of reporting and presentation of product progress to management

Your Profile

• Completed degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in the NPI area, ideally in firmware development
• Experience in the development and production launch of new embedded products
• Sound technical understanding of firmware and embedded systems, including knowledge of cryptography and certificate management
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for optimizing processes and cost structures
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Note: Please be aware that German is the working language in our project and good German language skills (level B2+) are a prerequisite for the position.
