Your Responsibilities

• Moderation and support of agile ceremonies: Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives, Backlog Refinements, Scrum Master Syncs, and PI Planning
• Coaching teams in self-organization and self-management
• Support in implementing SAFe Scrum and Kanban practices
• Close collaboration with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and other Scrum Masters
• Identification, removal, and/or escalation of impediments

Your Profile

• Certified Scrum Master and SAFe certification required
• Experience in scaled agile environments
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• High degree of self-organization, initiative, and team orientation
• Ability to actively support change processes and lead teams through transformations
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Note: Please be aware that German is the working language in our project and good German language skills (level B2) are a prerequisite for the position.
