We are expanding our team at the Gelsenkirchen headquarters and are looking for you as a full-time remote sales employee (m/f/d) for the telephone sales of our online tutoring products.

Do you enjoy helping customers by creating tailor-made offers and performing a meaningful job? Then you are exactly right in our sales team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Telephone and written consultation of our interested parties for the online sector
• Creation of offers based on customer needs, as well as closing (telephone) contracts
• Email processing, data entry, customer support assistance

What You Bring:

• Experience in telephone sales or telephone consulting, ideally in the service sector (career changers are also welcome)
• Strong communication skills, empathy, linguistic formulation strength, customer and service-oriented telephone behavior
• Teamwork ability, resilience, and reliability
• Negotiation skills and closing strength
• Temporal flexibility in the afternoon
• Native-level German and very good English skills
