Your growth-inspiring tasks

• AI Use-Case Discovery: You identify specific automation and efficiency potentials with the specialist departments, assess effort and benefit, and reliably prioritize projects.
• Training & Enablement: You impart applicable knowledge about Artificial Intelligence, answer everyday questions, and are the first point of contact for all employees.
• Proof-of-Concept Implementation: You develop lean prototypes to test and demonstrate feasibility and benefits.
• AI Governance & Compliance: You implement regulatory, ethical, and IT security requirements from the outset and coordinate every solution closely with the AI Governance team.
• Interface & Project Management: As AI Owner and Ambassador, you work closely with IT, specialist departments, and external partners, acting as a mediator. You keep an eye on deadlines and budgets in projects and transparently report progress to management.

Your naturally convincing profile

• Technical Requirements: You have a background that combines technical understanding with a business perspective, e.g., through a degree in business informatics.
• Experience: You have several years of professional experience, for example, as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or AI Consultant. You have a good understanding of the AI environment and possess a high level of market and trend competence.
• Skills: In addition to project management skills, you have the ability to translate complex technical topics for different target groups and are open to various technologies.
• Personal Strengths: Personally, you convince us by acting hands-on, staying focused under pressure, and winning over stakeholders with strong communication and good networking skills.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and English language skills complete your profile.
