Wir suchen eine engagierte und erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die unser Design-System auf das nächste Level hebt. Als Engineering Lead gestaltest du maßgeblich die Zukunft unserer UI-Komponenten und förderst eine Kultur der Exzellenz und Innovation.
Your Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: You lead and develop a hybrid team (internal/external) to achieve common goals.
- Component Development: You develop and maintain high-quality, reusable UI components (Vue.js, TypeScript) for our design system that function seamlessly across various applications.
- Quality Assurance: You ensure the highest quality through testing (Playwright, Vitest) and code reviews.
- Knowledge Sharing & Documentation: You promote knowledge sharing and adoption of our systems through documentation, mentoring, and feedback.
- Innovation & Advancement: You contribute your own ideas and actively shape the technical advancement of our component libraries.
- Excellent User Experience: You support other teams in integrating the design system and contribute to an outstanding user experience across the company.
Requirements
- Completed Studies: A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Practical Experience: Several years of practical experience in frontend development, especially with Vue.js.
- Technology Skills: Knowledge in microservice, container, and cloud architectures, as well as associated technologies, is desirable.
- Language Skills: Fluent English is essential for the position; good German skills are a plus.

Salary Information
- Minimum Salary: 64,000 EUR
