Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and internal teams, to understand business objectives and gather input.
• Act as the interface between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear and concise communication.
• Lead the process of requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation of detailed product requirements.
• Take ownership of the Product Backlog and strategically prioritize it, including decisions on developing new features and improvements.
• Regularly review priorities and adjust them to changing business needs, market dynamics, and customer feedback.
• Support development teams by answering questions and clarifying product requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products.
• Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities and risks and support the product strategy.
• Lead the planning and execution of product releases, including coordinating all involved teams.
• Ensure successful product launches through effective communication, training, and support.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to further develop product features and guide future developments.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• 5 years of professional experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and managing products.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent abilities in cross-team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
