As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the expansion of their solution platform within the B2B segment. You will acquire new enterprise customers, strategically develop existing accounts, and close high-value deals. Together with the team, you will help position the company as a leading partner for scalable and automated material flow solutions.

Your Responsibilities
- You will manage the full B2B sales cycle, from identifying and approaching target customers to developing scalable solutions and closing contracts.
- You will act as the primary contact and relationship owner for key enterprise accounts, actively driving their development.
- You will design and execute sales strategies for advanced automation solutions, working closely with customers, technical teams, and leadership to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
- You will build and maintain strong networks with decision-makers and stakeholders across intralogistics, robotics, and industrial sectors.
- You will identify new use cases and growth opportunities within both existing and new customers, translating needs into scalable business opportunities.
- You will represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings, positioning it as an innovative solution provider.
Your Profile
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or key account management, ideally within industrial, robotics, or automation environments (logistics automation prefered)
- You have a strong technical understanding that enables you to grasp complex products and customer requirements.
- Experience in logistics or material handling is advantageous but not essential; a relevant degree is a plus.
- You are a strong communicator, capable of engaging both C-level stakeholders and operational teams, with the analytical skills to address customer needs strategically.
- You demonstrate confidence, willingness to travel, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are fluent in German and English, enabling effective collaboration with international teams and clients.
- A valid driver's license supports your field-based activities.
