Inside Sales Specialist - Atlassian Software

About the Role

Seibert is one of the largest Atlassian Partners in German-speaking countries, offering full-service solutions for Atlassian products and developing software to enhance team collaboration. We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our licensing sales team, focusing on exciting and varied tasks in sales, purchasing, and invoice processing, without cold calling.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Quotation Creation: Generate and send quotations to clients, clarify queries, and prepare various quotation options for internal and external use.
• Order Processing: Manage the entire process from obtaining quotations from our partner Atlassian to confirming the purchase to the customer, including order verification and processing.
• Invoicing: Create and send invoices and any necessary corrections, utilizing your accuracy and commercial understanding.
• Internal Consulting: Support our Atlassian Licensing Team with your expertise in license purchasing and proactively develop specialized knowledge in Atlassian licensing, with full support from our team and People Developers.
• International Communication: Liaise with the English-speaking support of our manufacturers and partners to ensure professional communication and efficient solutions.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Experience in a sales environment, particularly in inside sales, customer service, purchasing, or order processing.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and a solid understanding of IT concepts to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• A structured and process-oriented approach to optimally contribute to and evolve our sales processes.
• Familiarity with general licensing law or Atlassian products is a plus.
