About the Role
Seibert is one of the largest Atlassian partners in German-speaking countries, offering full-service solutions for Atlassian products and developing software to enhance team collaboration. We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our licensing sales team, focusing on exciting and varied tasks in sales, purchasing, and invoicing, without cold calling.
Your Responsibilities
Your main tasks as an Inside Sales Specialist will include:
Offer Creation
- Creating and sending offers to clients, clarifying open questions, and preparing different offer options for internal and client review.
Purchasing Processing
- Managing the entire process from obtaining quotes from our partner Atlassian to confirming the completed purchase to the client, including checking and processing orders.
Invoicing
- Creating and sending invoices and any necessary corrections, requiring accuracy and commercial understanding.
Internal Consulting
- Supporting our Atlassian Licensing Team with expertise in license purchasing and proactively building specialized knowledge in Atlassian licenses. Our team and People Developers are available to assist you.
International Communication
- Collaborating with the English-speaking support of our manufacturers and partners to ensure professional communication and efficient solutions.
Your Profile
- Experience in a sales environment, particularly in inside sales, customer service, purchasing, or order processing.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and a good understanding of IT topics to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A structured and process-oriented approach to effectively contribute to and develop our sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of general licensing law or Atlassian products is a plus.
