Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Manager (80% - 100%) for our location in Konstanz, for a limited period of 2 years, to actively shape our growth.

  • You will support operational HR topics along the employee life cycle.
  • You are a team player and work in partnership with your colleagues on day-to-day tasks such as joiners & leavers (onboarding/offboarding) and absence tracking.
  • You will be involved in administrative tasks such as preparing monthly payroll, maintaining master employee data, and creating certificates and references.
  • You work in a service-oriented manner and are the point of contact for our employees on topics such as parental leave, benefits, and company pension schemes.

What You Bring

  • Commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics, business, or social sciences (with a focus on human resources).
  • Service-oriented mindset, quick comprehension, and a communicative nature.
  • Structured and conscientious way of working.
  • Knowledge of tax law, labor law, and social security is an advantage.
  • You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken (C2 or native speaker).
