Your Tasks

• Do you want to help shape the digitalization of administration and contribute your innovative ideas within an agile work environment? As a Technical Product Owner (m/f/d) with a focus on Java and Spring Boot, you will accompany the requirements gathering and implementation, right up to the release and further development of a software application, together with your team and our clients.
• With a project to build the communication infrastructure as part of the digitalization of administration, you will help to master and actively drive the digital transformation.
• With your understanding of technology, the needs of clients and team colleagues, you act as a passionate link and translator.
• Together with your colleagues and clients, you will develop the product backlog with primarily technical content, ongoing sprint goals, and releases.
• You will analyze new requirements and derive technical user stories for our Java and Spring Boot-based backend components.
• Your communication skills will benefit you in your role as the main point of contact for our clients.
• You will inform about current developments and are in constant exchange with clients, Scrum Masters, other Product Owners, and developers.
• Together with your team, you will be responsible for the continuous quality assurance and delivery of new software components.
• You will work in a scaled environment with other teams, sub-projects, and consultants.

Your Profile

• A completed degree or a comparable technical qualification.
• Experience as a software developer or initial experience as a Technical Product Owner is advantageous, preferably in agile software development projects.
• Sound knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and software architectures.
• Enthusiasm for the digitalization of administration and the use of modern technologies in the public sector.
• You enjoy working on complex subject areas and possess analytical thinking skills.
• As a reliable team player with a high quality awareness, you enjoy interacting with clients and colleagues.
• You communicate clearly, understandably, and proactively.
• Willingness to travel and very good German language skills (C2 or native speaker).
