Your Role -- Clearly Defined

As a Real Estate Manager Transactions, you bear direct responsibility for revenue and closing.

Your focus is on active acquisition, securing mandates, and consistent support through to closing.

You work on real deals -- not on presentations without results.

Your Core Tasks

• Active acquisition of sales and search mandates (off-market)
• Direct approach and acquisition of owners, investors, and family offices
• Qualification of opportunities with a clear probability of closing
• Structuring and placement of deals
• Management of the entire process: initial contact → mandate → investor → closing
• Consistent follow-up, closing orientation, deal focus
• Utilization of clear processes (CRM, deal pipeline, project structure)

Your Profile

• Demonstrable experience in real estate acquisition, transactions, or investment sales
• Strong closing skills, reliable, decisive
• Confident in discussions with owners and professional investors
• High self-motivation and results orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking, no fear of responsibility
• No need for "nurturing" or endless coordination

Compensation

Performance-based and above average:

Base salary (model-dependent) plus substantial closing participation.

No cap for high performers.
