Your Tasks

• Ensuring the ongoing operation of the IT infrastructure in the server and client area.
• Administration and support of the cloud infrastructure currently being set up (Azure / Microsoft 365).
• Design and ongoing optimization of IT security and processes within the framework of ISO 27001.
• Collaboration and support for projects in the IT environment.
• Processing service requests and incidents in the area of IT service.
• Coordination and coordination with other departments, suppliers and service providers.

What You Bring To The Table

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of practical professional experience in IT administration in a heterogeneous IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on mentality - you lend a hand when your know-how is needed.
• Basic knowledge of common systems and services in the IT environment (Windows/Linux, virtualization and network technologies).
• Experience with a Microsoft-based IT infrastructure (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune).
• Service orientation and enjoy working in a team.
• Reliable, independent and structured way of working.
• Willingness to be on call occasionally.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
