Your Role

• Manage digital projects for FMCG consumer websites from start to finish, including planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization (e.g., newsletters, raffles, mini games).
• Act as a "roll-up-your-sleeves" manager, ensuring smooth rollouts and proactively solving problems.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, content managers, and copywriters to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Stay informed about market trends to contribute fresh ideas and improvements to future campaigns.
• Build a close partnership with the customer.
• Fluent German is a plus, as our projects focus on the DACH market.
• Fluent English is mandatory due to the international nature of the team.
• Working hours are flexible, between 32-40 hours per week, based on your needs.

Your Profile

• Strong background in project management and marketing.
• Excellent communication skills with an innate ability to understand stakeholder perspectives.
• Solid knowledge and experience with agile project management methodologies.
• Firm grounding in the technical fundamentals of web development.
• Adept at translating business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
• Experience with content management systems, eCommerce, loyalty, PIM, and EDM tools.
• Technically competent with a broad range of web tools and desktop software, capable of quickly learning new platforms.
• A hands-on attitude, taking ownership of blockers and leading the team to find solutions.
