Home office: You have the opportunity to work from home. Regardless of where you live, we appreciate it if you come to our Karlsruhe office once a week or every two weeks.

Your mission

  • You own the product strategy and roadmap across multiple horizons, aligned with growth, retention and profitability goals.
  • You steer a diversified portfolio across different lifecycle stages and define fit-for-purpose strategies for both cloud and legacy products.
  • You drive the legacy-to-cloud migration as a key business lever, owning roadmap, communication and conversion targets.
  • You define and manage relevant product KPIs such as ARR, NRR, churn, adoption, time-to-value and migration success.
  • You prioritize initiatives based on value and translate them into robust business cases for features, pricing, packaging and monetization.
  • You establish delivery excellence through clear sprint and release governance, an effective discovery-to-delivery pipeline and transparent roadmap communication.
  • You work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Service to unlock customer value, expansion potential and scalability.
  • You lead your team with a strong focus on performance, development, operational excellence and AI capability building.

Your profile

  • You bring 5 years of leadership experience in a technology, SaaS or AI-driven environment.
  • You have a proven track record in managing complex product portfolios across different lifecycle stages, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You have worked in transformation settings and are comfortable operating between strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • You have strong expertise in SaaS product management, especially in ARR/MRR management, subscription economics, retention and monetization models.
  • You make decisions analytically and based on data, with a clear focus on customer value, business impact and scalability.
  • You are experienced in agile product development, and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams.
  • You stand out through ownership, execution strength, and drive to push our products to the next level.
  • You hold an academic degree, ideally at Master's level, are fluent in English and German, and bring a strong interest in technology and AI.

  • Digital Get-to-know: In a 20-minute exchange with our recruiter, we look at mutual expectations together.
  • Video interview: Next, you will meet our BU Lead and dive deeper into technical topics and the role itself.
  • On-site Interview & Team Introduction: You'll visit us at our headquarters in Karlsruhe, where we'll conduct a technical deep dive based on an example together with our BU-Lead and VP of Engineering. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to gain more insights into our work environment and meet more colleagues.
