Your tasks: 📌

• Overseeing Group-wide License and Software Asset Management (SAM)
• Managing and optimizing software, cloud, and SaaS licenses
• Conducting license analyses and identifying potential cost savings
• Preparing for and supporting vendor and license audits
• Managing and further developing international IT vendor management
• Supporting contract negotiations, RFPs, and contract renewals
• Monitoring license compliance as well as contract and budget metrics
• Collaborating on international IT and digital transformation projects

Your profile: 🔎

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in IT sourcing, vendor management, IT procurement, software licensing, or software asset management
• Knowledge of common licensing models (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, SAP, Salesforce)
• Experience in contract and supplier management
• Analytical, structured, and independent work style
• Business-level proficiency in English
