Your tasks: 📌

• Lead and contribute to R&D projects for the development and optimization of thermal transformers
• Conduct CFD simulations as well as analytical and numerical calculations to verify thermal properties
• Develop and enhance software solutions for the thermal design of transformers
• Support internal departments and international locations with thermal inquiries, testing, and test setups
• Documentation, reporting, and scientific publications in the field of thermal design
• Collaborate with universities, participate in industry events, and represent the company in committees

Your profile: 🔎

• Completed technical studies in mechanical engineering or physics with a focus on thermodynamics, power technology, or computational engineering, or comparable qualifications.
• Experience in CFD simulations and thermal dimensioning, preferably in high-voltage equipment.
• Project management experience in an international and multicultural environment is desirable.
• Strong motivation for continuous professional development and the ability to proactively drive projects.
• Very good written and spoken English skills (minimum C1 level).
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to travel.
