Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d) - SHINING 3D Technology GmbH
SHINING 3D was founded in 2004 and is a globally leading provider of high-precision 3D scanners and digital solutions.
For our German support team, we are looking for a service-oriented personality who enjoys working with people, solving technical questions, and ensuring satisfied customers in everyday life.
Your Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our customers -- by phone, email, or via our ticket system.
- You help with questions about our products.
- You find simple solutions yourself or coordinate with our specialist departments on technical issues.
- You document solutions and support your team in joint projects.
- If necessary, you also conduct TeamViewer sessions with customers.
What You Bring
- You speak very good German and good English.
- You work in a structured, reliable, and friendly manner.
- You enjoy helping people -- whether by phone or email.
- Initial experience in customer support, service, or technical fields is a plus -- but not a must!
- You are confident in using a computer and enjoy learning new things.
