Who We Look For 🦄
You have experience in event management, think strategically, and want to design events that create real business impact – ideally in the B2B sector. In this role, you have the opportunity to actively shape and further develop the event strategy across multiple European markets.
You know how events generate leads, drive the pipeline, and strengthen the brand, and you consistently implement this in your work. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and confidently coordinate internal teams, external partners, and speakers.

What You Will Do 🏄
- Responsibility for the event budget, including optimization with regard to efficiency and business goals (e.g., lead generation, increasing brand awareness).
- Development and implementation of an event strategy for multiple European markets (DACH, CEE, NL), adapted to different priorities and market maturity levels, in close coordination with Country Managers and Sales.
- Planning and execution of events across multiple countries, with a clear focus on quality and efficient implementation.
- Responsibility for speaker and content management: Definition of topics, formats, and agendas in collaboration with internal and external speakers, and in close coordination with the Brand & Communication team.
- You act as a central interface between Sales, Marketing, PR, and the Country Managers to ensure alignment and maximum impact, as well as managing external partners (agencies, locations, organizers).
- Analysis and evaluation of event performance (KPIs) as well as continuous optimization and identification of new potentials.
- Ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand presence across all markets – taking local specificities into account.
What You Will Need 🪄
- 4--6 years of experience in event management, ideally in the international B2B sector.
- Proven experience in end-to-end management of complex events (own and external formats) across multiple countries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- In-depth experience in event content and storytelling (agenda development, topics, formats).
- Experience in budget responsibility and a data-driven approach to performance measurement (KPIs).
- Strong strategic understanding and the ability to link events with business goals (lead generation, pipeline, brand positioning).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- High degree of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI tools for optimizing workflows and efficiency (e.g., for strategy, planning, content, or reporting).
- Fluent German and English skills; Dutch is a plus, other languages are an advantage.
