Your Impact as Head of Business Intelligence

The Business Intelligence (BI) function has become a critical capability for enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. As Head of BI, you will:

• Elevate the effectiveness of the BI team and the overall impact of BI on the business.
• Turn data into direction and insight into action.
• Lead a four-person BI team and expand its capabilities and reach.

Our guiding objective is simple: Establish BI as a proactive strategic partner for the business and enable Shopware to make confident, data-based decisions.

Work Location

This position can be filled on-site, hybrid, or full-remote within Germany or specific European countries where we are registered. Your work location will be agreed in advance and forms the basis of your employment contract.
