Senior Product & Experience Designer (m/w/d)

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product & Experience Designer (m/f/d) who enjoys solving complex problems across disciplines and helps shape how design contributes to Shopware as a whole.

You'll work embedded in a cross-functional product team, initially focusing on CMS and Checkout , and you'll be part of our wider design team, reporting to the Head of UX . Your scope reaches beyond individual product areas: depending on strategic priorities, you may contribute to product experiences, our design system, our website, or brand-related projects. This variety is intentional --- we're looking for someone who enjoys moving between different design challenges and creating consistency across them.

Beyond designing great experiences yourself, you'll help raise the quality of design at Shopware through mentoring, facilitating collaboration, and driving design excellence across teams.

This position can be filled on-site, hybrid, or full-remote within Germany or specific European countries where we are registered. Your work location will be agreed upon in advance and forms the basis of your employment contract.
