Your Role

As a Senior Enterprise Application Consultant, you will support the department management with the conception, implementation, and optimization of our products and solutions in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). You will act as a strategic consultant and technical expert who understands our customers' requirements and translates them into powerful IT solutions, products, and services.

Your Responsibilities

• You will take on (partial) project management in demanding EAM implementation projects, coordinating internal teams and external partners. You will also advise our internal and external customers.
• You will analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, solution concepts, and cost calculations.
• You will also monitor market trends, technologies, and legal frameworks. You will support product management in the strategic development of the portfolio and contribute to the technology strategy to secure a future-proof basis for EAM services.
• Furthermore, you will analyze and optimize our internal business processes.

Your Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• You have many years of in-depth professional experience as a consultant or project manager with profound knowledge and proven expertise in one of the following domains:
  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM): You are familiar with topics such as maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, condition monitoring, and the integration of IoT data. You have knowledge of products such as IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, or Infor EAM.
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): You have a good understanding of modules such as logistics, production, purchasing, or sales. You have product knowledge such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• You have also gained experience in both classic and agile project management methods.
• Your strengths include strong analytical and conceptual skills, a structured way of working, a high degree of customer orientation, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• You possess strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex issues understandably.
• Good German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
