JUNIOR MARKETING & E-COMMERCE MANAGER (M/F/D) (FULL-TIME)

As a Junior Marketing & E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d), you will support the planning, implementation, and further development of our marketing and e-commerce activities. You will actively work on campaigns, digital channels, and projects, gaining comprehensive insights into B2C and B2B marketing in the beauty industry.

YOUR TASKS

• Content management of our Shopify online shop
• Support in planning and implementing online campaigns
• Creation of graphical online assets (e.g., banners, newsletters, social ads, Google Ads, videos)
• Maintenance and care of our Instagram profile
• Support in PR & Influencer Seedings
• Operational support for online and offline marketing activities in the B2C and B2B sectors (e.g., mailings, brochures, presentations)
• Participation in the planning and implementation of product launches
• Translation and creation of texts for online and print media (English -> German)
• Preparation of reports and campaign overviews
• Coordination and support with internal teams and external service providers

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, communications, or a comparable field
• Ideally, you have initial experience in marketing and/or e-commerce
• Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
• Friendly, open, and communicative personality
• Team spirit, creativity, and flexibility
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Very good German language skills (native speaker) and good English language skills
• Interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle
