You will work in a chapter with a great deal of creative freedom, modern tools, and contemporary working methods. As an RPA Developer (m/f/d), you are a central component of our agile automation team, jointly developing sustainable, robust, and scalable automation solutions based on Automation Anywhere with business departments and technical contacts. As part of the chapter, you are integrated into a team of RPA specialists. Together, you will develop standards, reusable components, and technical guardrails, ensuring continuous knowledge exchange. We actively shape the interface between RPA and future-oriented AI technologies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Development, implementation, and further development of RPA solutions with Automation Anywhere to make key processes more efficient and error-free and to offer our customers better services
  • Participation in the conception and implementation of AI-supported automation, e.g., for intelligent analysis, classification, or decision support in processes. You will significantly contribute to advancing our strategic initiative to integrate artificial intelligence into our business processes
  • Contribution to the strategic further development of the RPA platform, e.g., through standards, best practices, and technical concepts
  • Analysis, design, and optimization of business processes with regard to automation potential
  • Close collaboration with the business departments to gather, evaluate, and concretize requirements
  • Execution and support of tests, as well as ensuring the quality and stability of RPA solutions
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for automation solutions
  • Support in the introduction and evaluation of new RPA technologies and platform extensions
  • Analysis and sustainable resolution of incidents and problems in the RPA environment in collaboration with the business department

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in business informatics, business mathematics, or a comparable qualification
  • Sound professional experience in RPA development
  • Profound experience in developing RPA solutions with Automation Anywhere
  • Knowledge of process analysis and modeling
  • Experience with agile development methods
  • Ideally, basic knowledge of programming or scripting
  • High interest in future-oriented technologies, especially artificial intelligence, and the motivation to develop further in this area
  • Analytical and conceptual skills
  • High quality awareness as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills
