We at Simple First support tax and auditing firms in overcoming capacity bottlenecks and achieving sustainable growth. To do this, we optimize existing structures and processes and rely on proven, practice-tested strategies.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us and enjoy a role in the consulting industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Telephone outreach to potential new clients to identify business opportunities and build stable customer relationships.
- Conducting free consultation sessions, including structured needs analysis and identification of suitable solution approaches.
- Regular telephone contact with existing contacts in the system to identify needs and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Planning, coordination, and organizational preparation of appointments for our capacity experts.
- Occasional participation in trade fairs, seminars, and similar events for lead generation and network maintenance.
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor on the phone.
- Persuasiveness and the ability to lead conversations in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- A meticulous, reliable, and structured way of working.
- High willingness to learn and the ability to consistently implement existing processes.
- Affinity for digital tools and systems, and enjoyment of a predominantly digital way of working.
- Interest in securely applying and further developing digital processes.
