As a long-standing specialist and personnel supplier for the aerospace industry, in partnership with AIRBUS Helicopters, SimpleXX GmbH is looking for a Work Preparer for the Donauwörth location at the earliest possible date as part of temporary employment with an option for permanent hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of data management in Manufacturing Engineering Airplane Doors (drawings, parts lists, configurations, etc.)
• Interface communication with Airbus Commercial and relevant departments
• Information research on drawings, parts, tools, documentation, and order templates
• Support with the rollout and use of AI and IT tools (e.g., Google Gemini)
• Participation in the industrialization of new products/processes as well as automation and process simplification (scripts/macros)
• Analysis of technical problems, including associated quality and manufacturing documentation
• Creation of work plans & parts lists in SAP and contribution to continuous improvement projects for efficiency enhancement

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician, aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, car mechanic, car mechatronics technician, in a commercial field, a technician or master's degree, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the areas of work preparation, electrical engineering, manufacturing, aircraft construction, IT, production planning and control, project management, supply chain, and as a technical clerk
• A quality-conscious, structured, and independent personality with strong team and communication skills, IT affinity, sense of responsibility, and the motivation for continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving
• Fluent German and proficient English skills
• Tools: MS Office, SAP
